Due to an increase in quality referrals, this is a newly created role for an experienced Estate Administration fee-earner to join an exciting company that specialises in complex estate administration. You can be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience.

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate Estate Administration fee-earner, you will manage a caseload of c.40 complex estate files, including taxable estates, trusts, foreign estates and agricultural matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of complex taxable estate files
• Progress cases through grants, accounts and estate closure
• Communicate with clients and professional partners via phone and email
• Draft estate accounts and ensure compliance with internal systems
• Mentor and support junior team members

Experience Required

• 5+ years’ probate and estate administration experience
• Experience with complex or high-net-worth estates
• STEP/TEP qualified or working towards via STEP
