Permanent, Full-time Salary: 70,000 to 90,000 Chadwick Nott are pleased to be assisting a leading international law firm in their search for a Senior Associate to join their Band 1 ranked Real Estate Litigation team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters, supporting some of the world's biggest names in real estate.

The Role

This role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, with responsibilities including:

Advising on property-related disputes and contentious portfolio issues

Supporting owners, developers, investors, and end users in the development process

Managing your own caseload with support from senior team members

Building strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement

Participating in marketing and business development initiatives

Collaborating across practice groups and jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:3-6 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation

Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness

Excellent academic background

Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively

Client-focused approach and strong communication skills

Good understanding of real estate markets and how they operate

Working Arrangements This role supports hybrid working, with flexibility to work between home and the Cardiff office.
