As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive), you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and help drive the success of the firm’s conveyancing services. You will play a pivotal role in delivering legal guidance to clients and ensuring the smooth progression of each conveyance.
- Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire process.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, standards, and best practices at all times.
- Proactively identify opportunities for personal and departmental development.
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Efficient at managing multiple cases simultaneously and effectively.
- Keen interest in career development and leadership within a collaborative team.
- Based in Worthing with the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
