Residential Conveyancer | 2+ | Warwickshire | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
A Warwickshire law firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to handle its own caseload within a supportive Property team. This full-time hybrid role requires three office days and two remote days weekly.
Candidates with two or more years’ experience are welcome, including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, or skilled Fee Earners without formal qualification.
The position demands a proven record managing residential transactions from instruction through post-completion.

The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional seeking a supportive environment, quality work, and genuine flexibility.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Typical matters will include:- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Refinance and general residential property work

The successful candidate will also:- Have solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware and able to build strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Be organised with strong attention to detail
- Work well within a team environment
