, this is an opportunity for a construction lawyer looking for a firm where they can build a long-term career.
You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters
, working closely with Partners and advising clients across construction, real estate and development.
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC.
- Construction due diligence and project documentation.
- Advising on live projects, contractual issues and risk management.
- Supporting adjudication, arbitration, litigation and TCC matters.
- Direct client contact and relationship management.
- Working alongside Real Estate, Finance and Dispute Resolution teams.
- Clear progression: A proven track record of promoting talent internally, including five new Partners this year.
- Broad construction experience:
Develop across both contentious and non-contentious work. - Early responsibility:
Direct client exposure and close Partner involvement. - Strong culture: A genuinely sociable and collaborative firm with regular events bringing teams and Partners together.

- The firm is ideally seeking a 2+ PQE Construction Solicitor, although there is flexibility for the right candidate.
- You should have construction experience, ideally across contentious and/or non-contentious matters, with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. The firm is looking for someone commercially minded, technically strong and keen to develop a long-term career in construction.
