You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters
, working closely with Partners and advising clients across construction, real estate and development.

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC.
• Construction due diligence and project documentation.
• Advising on live projects, contractual issues and risk management.
• Supporting adjudication, arbitration, litigation and TCC matters.
• Direct client contact and relationship management.
• Working alongside Real Estate, Finance and Dispute Resolution teams.

• The firm is ideally seeking a 2+ PQE Construction Solicitor, although there is flexibility for the right candidate.
• You should have construction experience, ideally across contentious and/or non-contentious matters, with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. The firm is looking for someone commercially minded, technically strong and keen to develop a long-term career in construction.
