Residential Property Fee Earner Colchester | Hybrid | Full-Time | Uncapped Bonus Are you an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner looking for your next career move with a firm that offers genuine flexibility, achievable targets and excellent progression opportunities? A leading law firm are looking for a qualified Residential Property professional to join its growing Colchester team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, while taking on a senior role within the team.

You'll also have the opportunity to:
Take ownership of your own caseload and client relationships. Carry out file sign-offs and take responsibility for quality standards. Supervise, train and mentor junior colleagues. Support colleagues with complex fee-earning matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team You will need:
To be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent. Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing. Experience managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion. Excellent client care and communication skills. The confidence to take responsibility for files and support colleagues. Strong business development and commercial skills. A proactive, motivated and positive approach. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
