Responsibilities:

Commerciallitigation(e.g.,contractbreaches,disputesoverequipmentqualityorleaseagreements)
Internationalarbitration(e.g.,claimsrelatedtomisrepresentation,fraud,orrecoveryoffinanciallosses)
Financialrecoverymatters(e.g.,frozenassets,unauthorisedtransactions,oroverpayments)
Prepareandsubmitlegalfilings(pleadings,motions,etc.)acrosskeyjurisdictions(UAE,UK,EU,HK)
Overseeallstagesoflitigation— fromdiscoveryanddepositionstotrialpreparation— withminimalsupervision
Coordinatewithlocallegaladvisorstoensureseamlesscaseexecution
Conductin‑depthlegalresearchtoshapestrategiccaseapproaches
Maintainmeticulouscasefilesandensurefulldocumenttraceability
Draftlegalmemoranda,briefs,andinternaladvisorynotes
Managee‑discoveryprocessesandconductcomprehensivedocumentreviews
Supportsettlementdiscussionsandalternativedisputeresolution(ADR) initiatives
Updatelitigationcalendarsandcasemanagementsystems
Collaboratewithexpertwitnessesandcross‑functionalteamstostrengthencasepositioning
Developlitigationstrategiesandcontributetotheevolutionofbestpractices
Monitorlegislativeandjudicialupdatesrelevanttokeypracticeareas
