The Role Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of private family law matters , covering a broad range of work, including:
Divorce and financial matters Private children matters Cohabitation agreements TOLATA matters Injunctions Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Other privately funded family work About You Family Solicitor with experience managing a mixed family law caseload, with particular experience in divorce, financial remedy and private children matters . The ideal candidate will:
Be confident managing their own caseload from instruction through to conclusion Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills Take genuine ownership and pride in their work Have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Be commercially aware and committed to contributing to the growth of the department Enjoy building lasting relationships with clients Be a positive and collaborative member of a wider team This is a well-supported position, with access to trainee solicitor/paralegal assistance and centralised typing support , enabling you to focus on your clients and the quality of your legal work.
