- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in standard form contracts (NEC3/4, JCT, RIAI, Public Works, FIDIC) and experience in statutory adjudication. - Additional: Full driving licence and valid right to work in the UK.
- Provide legal support to the firm's Construction Team.
- Advise on complex construction contracts and procurement matters.
- Represent parties in statutory adjudication proceedings.
