Our client is seeking a meticulous Legal Advisor specializing in Commercial Contracts to join their remote team, supporting operations primarily in the Eastern Cape region. You will be a key point of contact for business units, providing clear, actionable legal advice to facilitate smooth commercial transactions and mitigate risks.

- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including sales agreements, service level agreements, and supply chain contracts.

- Assist in the development and standardization of contract templates and legal clauses.
- Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and advise on relevant legal developments.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, ensuring all agreements are properly documented and executed.
- Liaise with external counsel on complex contractual matters or litigation as required.
- Admitted Attorney or qualified legal professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience focused on commercial contract law.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse commercial agreements.
- Thorough understanding of contract law principles and regulatory requirements in South Africa.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and assess legal risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote client interaction.
