Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £45,000–£75,000 base salary + target-related bonus of up to 50% of salary
Hours: Full-time, with complete flexibility over when you work
Location: Fully remote – with an option to work from London office

You’ll manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working within a collaborative, technology-enabled team.
The firm’s systems, processes and support structure are designed to remove unnecessary friction and allow you to concentrate on high-value legal work, excellent client communication and progressing transactions efficiently.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your caseload, maintain consistently high standards and contribute to the firm’s wider growth. This is a role for someone who wants to perform at a high level and be recognised and rewarded for the results they deliver.
About YouYou will have:
- At least three years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Experience managing files from instruction through to post-completion
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- A confident, professional and client-focused communication style
- The ability to take ownership, work at pace and maintain high standards
- Confidence using modern case management and digital systems
- A desire to embrace new technology and smarter ways of working
- Significant career ambition and the motivation to grow with the firm
You may be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX professional or experienced conveyancing fee earner.
