Previously experience of running your own conveyancing caseload Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or experienced unqualified fee earner
The role:
Handling your own caseload of plot sales plus buy backs, staircasing and redemptions for shared ownership/equity properties Working with housing associations Advising on new site set up Document drafting, such as transfers and leases Demonstrating xcellent client communication skills This position will offer you:
