Highly regarded regional firm are looking for an ambitious Associate to join their Non-Contentious Construction team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad mix of clients across exciting projects.

You'll need solid experience in non-contentious Construction Law and the confidence to work independently as well as in a team environment.

What you'll be working on:

Advising on construction legislation and practice

Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, including bespoke amendments

Preparing and negotiating professional consultant appointments

Drafting and negotiating collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees

Applying a strong working knowledge of contract law and the dispute resolution process

Experience in clean and renewable energy projects whilst desired, is not essential

Although based in Bristol, you'll also collaborate with colleagues in our other offices, giving you exposure to a wide range of expertise and clients.
