• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
• Handling purchases, sales, transfers of title and remortgages
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers
• Working closely with colleagues across the property team

• Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Newly qualified solicitors with significant conveyancing experience gained during their traineeship will also be considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently
