• Admitted Attorney or equivalent legal qualification with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience as a Legal Consultant, In-House Counsel, or in a similar advisory role.
• Broad expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships remotely.
