About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal with a focus on litigation support to join their practice in Benoni. This role is crucial for assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and managing case documentation. You will play a key part in the litigation process, contributing to successful case outcomes. • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Organize, manage, and maintain case files, including electronic discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of relevant case law and statutes.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas under attorney supervision.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to gather information and provide updates.
• Schedule depositions, meetings, and manage attorney calendars related to litigation.

• Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support in a litigation environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software.
