About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly competent Senior Legal Associate to enhance their legal team in Randburg . - Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and operational matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal opinions for senior management.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and liaising with external counsel when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant South African laws and industry regulations.
- Support various business units with their day-to-day legal requirements.
- Qualified Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory roles.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments, showcasing strong self-discipline and communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting clear, concise legal documents.
