An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded family team, with flexibility around how and where you work.

The role would suit a solicitor who enjoys private family work, takes pride in delivering excellent client care and is looking for a supportive environment where they can develop their career while maintaining a good level of autonomy.

You will join a friendly and experienced family team handling a varied caseload of privately funded matters. The firm has a strong reputation for client care and takes a genuinely people-focused approach, both with its clients and its employees.

There is flexibility around remote and hybrid setups, making this an attractive opportunity for someone looking for a role that offers greater autonomy without compromising on support or team connection.

You will have access to experienced colleagues for guidance and supervision, alongside administrative and paralegal support to help you focus on your clients and legal work.

You will manage a varied private family caseload, with work including:

• Divorce and financial remedy
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• Injunctions
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements

There is scope to develop your caseload further depending on your experience, interests and long-term career aspirations.

The team is open to speaking with Family Solicitors at different stages of their career, provided you have solid experience across private family work.

You will ideally have:

• Experience handling a mixed private family caseload
• Experience across divorce, finances and private children matters
• Strong client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage your own caseload and work with a good level of autonomy
• A proactive and personable approach
