Litigation Solicitor (Disease, Casualty & Motor) Belfast Competitive Salary  Benefits Your new company Our client is a well-established and highly regarded plaintiff litigation practice based in Belfast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on a varied caseload, with a particular focus on disease-related claims.

Your new role You will manage a busy caseload of litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on disease litigation. The successful candidate will be involved in handling claims from initial instruction through to resolution, while providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of disease litigation matters. Handling personal injury claims including casualty and motor cases. Preparing court documentation and legal submissions. Liaising with clients, counsel, medical experts and third-party representatives. Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy. Negotiating settlements and attending hearings where required. Maintaining accurate file management and regulatory compliance standards. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
Qualification as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland or another UK jurisdiction. Approximately 3 years' PQE within litigation. Strong experience in disease litigation, including occupational disease and related claims. Exposure to casualty litigation and/or motor claims. Excellent client care and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage a varied caseload. A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
