• Assist senior legal counsel in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on diverse topics to support ongoing cases and business initiatives.
• Support compliance efforts and help ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Help manage corporate records and assist with corporate governance matters.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide practical legal guidance and support.
• Participate in the review and analysis of contracts and other legal instruments.

• Admitted to practice law in South Africa.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong academic record and a foundational understanding of contract law and corporate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and ability to work effectively in a remote setting .
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
