About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a diligent and proactive Legal Associate to join their progressive legal team, operating primarily remotely with occasional requirements in Centurion . This role offers an excellent opportunity for a developing legal professional to gain broad experience across various legal domains. You will support senior legal staff in managing caseloads, conducting research, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to ongoing matters.
• Assist in the preparation of legal pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as directed.
• Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings.

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in South Africa.
• 1-3 years of post-admission experience in a legal practice.
• Strong research and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
