Commercial Litigator - Solicitor​/Legal Executive

Are you looking to join an established firm and highly regarded local firm? We are delighted to be searching for 2 PQE Commercial Litigator . This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to handle a varied caseload whilst delivering quality client care. Main Duties To provide thorough advice on a wide range of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases and disputes.

Evaluate the merits of a claim, provide legal advice on the position and resolve the dispute until completion. Provide a profitable contribution by meeting individual and team performance targets.
• Delivering a high standard of client care. Networking and participation in the company’s marketing activities to raise the profile of the department/firm. This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform other duties and responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role. The Candidate Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE Solid experience in litigation is essential, areas include, but are not limited to, professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, disputes, etc.
