Litigator – Property and Private Client Salary:

Job Role:

As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as:
Property Disputes Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.) Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings Probate Disputes Inheritance claims Will validity claims Miscellaneous Debt recovery/repayment Building Disputes Skills

Experience and Qualifications:

Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE Produce high quality work with attention to detail Work autonomously with supervision Excellent communication skills Excellent administrative and organisational skills Able to work in a departmental billing target Additional Benefits:
