Are you a highly organised and detail-orientated individual looking for a rewarding, socially impactful role?

You will support Legal Advisors across both the development and stock rationalisation teams with pre- and post-completion administrative requirements, in either a paralegal or non-qualified project co-ordinator capacity. The role offers varied, client-focused work utilising purpose built real estate AI solutions in a leading and nationally recognised social housing practice.

• Manage transaction timelines and progress
• Support due diligence and datarooms
• Prepare reports, checklists and correspondence
• Handle client queries and post-completion tasks
• Use legal technology to streamline delivery

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence using legal technology and databases

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
• Hybrid working
