About the Role

Our client is searching for a versatile and proactive In‑house Legal Counsel to join their expanding team based in Centurion. This position requires a broad range of legal expertise to support the company’s diverse business operations. You will provide strategic legal advice, manage risk, and ensure compliance across various sectors, including employment law, intellectual property, and general commercial matters. Collaborating closely with all departments, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s interests and facilitating its strategic initiatives.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial, and employment law matters.
• Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts and legal agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with in‑house or top‑tier law firm background.
• Strong understanding of corporate law , contract negotiation, and intellectual property .
• Proven ability to provide practical, business‑oriented legal solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management is essential.
