• Manage and resolve a variety of legal disputes in an effective and timely manner.
• Conduct thorough investigations into dispute matters and gather necessary evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and represent the company in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Draft legal correspondence, settlement agreements, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide legal advice on dispute prevention strategies and risk management.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispute resolution activities and outcomes.

• Admitted Attorney or suitable legal qualification with experience in dispute resolution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in handling commercial or civil disputes.
