Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Remote Employment Law Specialist to provide expert legal guidance on all aspects of employment law. This role is crucial for ensuring the organization adheres to labor legislation, manages employee relations effectively, and mitigates employment-related risks. You will advise management on policies, contracts, disputes, and compliance matters. • Advise on all aspects of South African employment law, including contracts, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR policies.
• Manage and provide strategic guidance on employment disputes, grievances, and CCMA/labour court matters.
• Ensure compliance with the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and other relevant labour legislation.
• Conduct legal training for HR personnel and management on employment law matters.
• Assist with due diligence for employment aspects of corporate transactions.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Employment Law .
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and case law.
• Proven experience in advising on complex employment disputes and CCMA processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseload effectively in a remote setting.
