Our client is seeking a skilled and strategic Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their esteemed legal practice, operating remotely. This role is central to advising clients and representing their interests in various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. You will be responsible for developing effective strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes in complex and often contentious matters. This position is perfect for an experienced legal professional who excels in analytical thinking, negotiation, and advocacy within a remote-first work environment.

• Manage a portfolio of dispute resolution cases from initial assessment to final resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases for clients.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other court documents.
• Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on the best course of action to resolve disputes.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Proven track record of success in handling complex commercial disputes.
• Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of procedural law and evidence.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload remotely, and meet demanding deadlines.
