Remote Lease Extension Lawyer

Handling work throughout the country for both Freeholders and Leaseholders, you will be able to manage a caseload unsupervised or with minimal supervision. Ideally you will be committed to specialise in lease extension, however if you have more general property experience but able to run lease extension cases without supervision and want to specialise in this area, we would love to hear from you.

• Experience of managing a Lease Extension caseload
• Extensive experience of both statutory and informal lease extensions.
• Experience of enfranchisement, right of 1st refusal, licence to alter and right to manage work, that work is also available.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of lease extension work and be able to work unsupervised, or with minimal supervision

• Desire to continue growing their specialist experience and knowledge
• Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
• A history of strong billing
• Good organisational and excellent IT skills
