To strengthen our Legal Department, we are looking for a

from January 2027 or by agreement, possibly earlier.

Your Tasks

• Independent handling of legal appeal procedures including drafting decisions for the government council
• Advising the specialist offices of the Building Directorate as well as the local municipalities (planning, construction, environmental, procurement law and other public law matters)
• Leading and participating in legislative projects
• Legal support for cantonal council commissions
• Participation in projects and working groups

Your Profile

• Completed studies in law
• Professional experience, preferably in planning, construction, environmental and procurement law
• Team player, resilient, solution-oriented and decisive
• Networked thinking, efficient and independent working style, good verbal skills
• Experience with administrative procedures is an advantage
