Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Research Assistant to support their legal team in Soweto . You will play a vital role in providing attorneys with accurate and timely legal information to support case strategy and client advice. • Conduct comprehensive legal research using various databases and resources.
• Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to identify relevant legal precedents.
• Prepare clear and concise legal memoranda summarizing research findings.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Verify citations and ensure the accuracy of legal references.
• Maintain research files and update legal databases as needed.

• Law degree (LLB) or current enrollment in a law program.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research, preferably in an academic or legal setting.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Lexis Nexis or Westlaw.
