Competitive My client is currently seeking a Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with specific experience in private family law, focusing on financial disputes and child-related cases. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of some of the most experienced professionals in the field and independently manage their own caseload.

Day-to-day of the role:
Independently manage a caseload primarily consisting of private family law matters, with a focus on financial disputes between spouses or cohabitants and child-related cases. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including partners and paralegals, to provide comprehensive legal services. Regular attendance at Dundee Sheriff Court to represent clients effectively. Engage in collaborative law and mediation, with opportunities for further training in these areas.

Work from the office for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with demonstratable experience practicing in Family Law. Specific experience in handling financial disputes and child-related cases in family law. Training in collaborative law; mediation qualifications are advantageous, though training can be provided. Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits:
