Remote Senior Legal Counsel

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including international contracts, M&A, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts, often across different legal systems.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with global business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee and manage external counsel engagements for specialized legal matters.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation and legal trends impacting the business.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven expertise in international contracting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience advising multinational corporations or working in a global legal setting.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues remotely.
