D-Wave Quantum Inc. is seeking a dedicated In-house Patent Agent to enhance its Intellectual Property (IP) team. This pivotal role involves drafting and prosecuting patents while developing D-Wave's IP portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage complex priorities, and contribute significantly to quantum technology advancements.

• Draft and prosecute patent applications effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in relevant technical field

• Proven experience in patent prosecution

• Registration as a Canadian Patent Agent is a plus
