Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds A leading specialist law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at NQ to Grade C level to join its busy and supportive clinical negligence team in Leeds, with hybrid/remote working available. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist practice. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting more senior lawyers on a broad range of pre- and post-litigation clinical negligence matters.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
Manage your own caseload from inception through to settlement or litigation Support senior lawyers on complex clinical negligence claims Progress cases proactively and commercially Draft Letters of Claim, instructions to experts and other legal documentation Assist with settlement negotiations and litigation where required The firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with: NQ–5 years’ PQE, or equivalent clinical negligence experience Recent experience managing a caseload Strong drafting and communication skills What’s on Offer?
