THE ROLE An Employment Solicitor 6

PQE is sought, for a role which offers remote working, with optional occasional office attendance (Central London), part-time, flexible hours This role requires a strong background in employment law, with a particular focus on contentious matters, particularly involving discrimination and equality issues.

Experience of advocacy is desirable, but not essential. The practice involves advising a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial clients across sectors such as transport, marketing, and technology. THE CANDIDATE With 6pqe you should have a proven track record of managing contentious matters, including: drafting and responding to tribunal claims, drafting witness statements and managing disclosure, and advising and liaising directly with clients.
