Leeds, Cardiff, or Bristol (Hybrid/Remote options available) Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Solicitor/FCILEx or equivalent to join our Contract Resolution Group within the Civil Litigation Division.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of Civil Litigation cases, primarily arising from contractual disputes. It is a challenging yet rewarding position with options for both office and remote working. Day-to-day of the role:
Manage a caseload involving fast, intermediate, and multi-track cases, primarily dealing with contract disputes from the sale of goods and services, building contracts, and professional negligence. Engage with clients both over the phone and face-to-face. Utilise our case management system to efficiently progress files. Handle billing and invoicing tasks. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive working environment.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience advising individual and commercial clients in contract-based disputes across Fast and Multi-Track claims. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach. Client-focused with excellent communication abilities. Proficient in using case management systems and IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Qualified Solicitor (LLB/CILEX Route), CILEx (Qualified to FCILEx level), or equivalent experience. Benefits:
