In this key fee‑earning role, you will manage a full, diverse residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post‑completion. Supported by modern Legal Case Management Systems (CMS) and dedicated administrative assistance, you will handle freehold, leasehold, re‑mortgage, and transfer of equity transactions while maintaining direct, clear communication with clients and estate agents.   Experience:
  
  Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 1+ years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE), or an experienced Legal Executive/Paralegal with a proven track record of independently running a full conveyancing caseload.
• Full Caseload Management: Comprehensive knowledge of UK residential property law and conveyancing procedures, with demonstrated ability to manage freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity from file opening to completion.
• Legal Technology & CMS: Proficiency using modern Legal Case Management Systems, digital conveyancing portals, and automated document workflows to maximize file efficiency.
• Client Care & Communication: Outstanding client‑facing skills, providing empathetic, proactive, and clear updates throughout the conveyancing journey.
• Commercial Mindset: Proactive approach to building relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers, and referrers to support departmental growth.

• Competitive Base Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum (commensurate with qualification, PQE, and overall fee‑earning experience).
