Litigation Paralegal

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support their legal team remotely. This role is critical in assisting attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for a variety of litigation matters. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of cases from initiation to progression, providing essential support that allows the legal team to focus on strategic case management.

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research using various databases and provide summaries of findings.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and accessible.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings, coordinating logistics for remote participation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under the direction of attorneys.
• Prepare exhibits and other materials for trials and hearings.

• Completed Paralegal Certificate or Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and online legal databases.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adapted for remote interaction.
