This role involves handling a diverse caseload of complex commercial disputes, from inception through to resolution, including arbitration and mediation. You will play a key role in developing litigation strategies, managing client expectations, and representing clients in various legal forums. • Manage and conduct complex commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, corporate litigation, and insolvency cases.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal arguments and opinions.

• Admitted attorney with at least 7 years of experience specifically in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated success in managing and resolving high-value commercial disputes.
