Revolut’s Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on securitisation projects, as well as compliance and legal issues around our credit products. You'll also use your expertise in financial regulations to contribute to broader regulatory initiatives.

The breadth of work you'll encounter (and level of commercial involvement) is pretty unique for an in-house role, so you'll have a large degree of responsibility for our ongoing development and growth.

• Acting as the primary legal advisor on regulatory compliance and legal structuring for global securitisation transactions and asset-backed financing structures
• Drafting, maintaining, and updating template securitisation documentation, regulatory disclosures, agreements, customer-facing documents, and legal opinion frameworks across jurisdictions
• Advising on legal risks across markets associated with structured finance and asset-backed transactions, securitisation frameworks, and broader lending and/or payments regulations
• Structuring, negotiating, and advising on legal matters with external partners

• Experience either in-house or in private practice advising on securitisation or structured finance
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
• Broad-based credit and regulatory knowledge, including experience advising clients or internal stakeholders on a variety of structured finance products and securitisation transactions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
