Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join the Wills, Trusts and Probate team of a well-established law firm in Kendal, Cumbria. The team is busy and needs someone who can support the fee earners, and in time this is a job that could grow into a fee earner role where you would have a caseload of your own. Kendal is one of the most attractive parts of the country to be based in, and the hybrid working on offer means you are not in the office every day of the week.
the Role

The work spans will drafting, lasting powers of attorney, probate applications and estate administration, with real client contact from the first instruction through to file closure. It is a job with a route for progression if that is something you are interested because the firm is happy to employ someone who can support the team now and wants to take on their own matters as their experience builds over the longer term.
Key responsibilities include:
- Progressing a varied Wills, Trusts and Probate caseload alongside the fee earners, from instruction through to conclusion
