Legal Advisor - Contracts Specialist

Our client is looking for a meticulous and experienced Legal Advisor with specialization in contracts to bolster their legal team in Centurion . This position is integral to ensuring that all contractual agreements entered into by the company are legally sound, commercially viable, and protect the organization's interests. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and advising on a broad spectrum of contracts across various business functions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and supply contracts.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual terms, risks, and obligations.

• Maintain and organize a central repository of all company contracts.
• Develop and refine contract templates and standard clauses.
• Provide training to non-legal staff on contract fundamentals and best practices.

• Admitted Attorney or qualified Legal Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
