Our client is seeking a talented In-House Counsel to join their growing legal department, operating on a fully remote basis. This position is vital for supporting the company's diverse business operations, ensuring all legal obligations are met with precision and foresight. You will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the legal landscape, providing proactive advice to stakeholders across various departments.

• Advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, including contract review, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on pertinent legal issues affecting the company.
• Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws and regulations from a remote setting.

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing law, with a preference for in-house experience.
• Strong understanding of contract law , company law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote work environment.
