We are engaging Corporate Attorneys to contribute their expertise to a customer project focused on advancing the legal capabilities of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

This engagement is especially attractive for legal professionals with a background in computer science, technical domains, or previous hands‑on experience with AI/data annotation initiatives.

Scope of Work
  • Analyze complex legal scenarios in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets to develop high-fidelity data sets for AI training.
  • Draft, review, and annotate legal documents to ensure accuracy and provide nuanced legal context for annotation tasks.
  • Evaluate commercial litigation cases, distilling key facts and legal arguments for structured data representation.
  • Assess and synthesize corporate law issues, offering expert insight into best practices and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to translate legal reasoning into structured insights that inform AI model development.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or ambiguities in legal materials to help improve data quality and model reliability.
  • Deliver detailed, precise feedback on model outputs, ensuring that legal nuance and real-world applicability are maintained.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited institution and active bar membership (U.S. or international equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, commercial litigation, capital markets, or private equity.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex legal materials with clarity and precision.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials.
  • Background in computer science, technical domains, or previous participation in AI/data annotation projects is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate legal reasoning for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
