Founded over a decade ago and based in El Segundo, we are a business and real estate law firm serving individuals, families, and businesses across Los Angeles and the South Bay. Our work spans both litigation and transactional matters, including business disputes, real estate, trusts and estates, and probate. Many of our clients are business owners or families caught up in complex disputes, so no two cases look the same, and that keeps the work genuinely interesting.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Up to $260K+ base salary (DOE) + Bonuses
• Quarterly and Annual Bonuses:
  Earn up to $30,000 in annual bonuses plus quarterly bonuses of up to $12,500, and you can qualify for both
• Origination Upside: 10% referral commission on any work you bring in that's billed and collected, paid quarterly

  Annual billable requirement of just 1,500 hours
• Fully Remote or Hybrid out of El Segundo, with free parking

• Manage a caseload of 20 to 30 litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and build litigation strategy
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on strategy, risk, and next steps
• Work closely with your overseeing partner and dedicated paralegal to keep cases moving
• Handle a broad mix of business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, noncompete agreements, employment claims,
  -IP infringement, bad faith, and class actions
• Maintain an annual billable hour requirement of 1,500

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and handling mediations
• Comfort appearing in court independently
• Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish with minimal hand holding
• Strong client communication skills, especially with business owners and families in high stakes disputes
• Proficiency with Westlaw, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
