• Join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team recognised by The Legal 500 for its expertise in dispute resolution.
• Work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes.
• Advise clients on commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and professional negligence claims.
• Gain exposure to matters involving IP and IT disputes, banking claims, commercial agency disputes and insolvency litigation.
• Assist on injunction applications, search orders and reputation management matters.
• Manage your own caseload under supervision whilst supporting on larger and more complex disputes.
• Build strong client relationships with an established SME and owner-managed business client base.
• Play an active role in practice development and wider business development initiatives across the firm.

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and up to approximately 6 years' PQE.
• Strong litigation background gained at a national, regional or respected boutique practice.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage files with an appropriate level of supervision whilst supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to work closely with business clients.
