Goldstein Hall PLLC, a New York City law firm specializing in real estate development and affordable housing, seeks an attorney with 2–8+ years of experience, admitted in NY, DC, MD, NJ or PA. The Associate will represent developers in acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and nonprofit work.
Experience submitting petitions to the NY Attorney General’s Charities Bureau and NY Court for real estate/corporate approvals is highly preferred.
