Location: Greater London
Service Care Legal are recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded UK law firm on a predominantly remote basis.
The successful candidate will join a well-established employment team, handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on contentious employment matters , including discrimination and equality issues.
ROLE:Employment AssociatePQE: 5+ YearsSALARY: £85,000 to £100,000 FTE
LOCATION:
Remote, with occasional Central London office attendance
HOURS:
3–4 days per week / flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
- Handle disclosure and advise clients throughout the litigation process.
- Provide direct advice to a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial organisations.
- Support business development and contribute to client meetings and wider team initiatives.
- 5+ years' PQE with strong employment law experience.
- Proven contentious employment experience, ideally from a reputable regional or London firm.
- Experience handling discrimination/equality matters and Employment Tribunal claims.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a wider team.
- Advocacy experience desirable but not essential.
