Partner with Compliance and Business Units to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to encourage and continue early and proactive engagement of in-house counsel What you’ll bring…Law degree from an accredited law school and 7 years’ experience in law.

License to practice law in at least one state.

Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Relevant government enforcement experience, e.g., proven success as a federal or state prosecutor managing criminal and/or civil litigation.

Substantial and diverse investigations experience, e.g., at a regulatory or enforcement agency or in private legal practice  Experience leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication and workflows  Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with fast-paced, deadline-driven projects and assignments

Proven track record of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation Management/supervision experience, including experience empowering others to operate with autonomy while adhering to the type of standards that have come to define the Walmart brand.
